Djamilla Rosa Cochran is a wedding and portrait photographer based in Paris. The origin of Djamilla's style is photojournalistic, documentary and artistic. Her pictures capture the passion, uniqueness, and tenderness of each wedding day in a natural, unobtrusive and intimate manner.
Djamilla started photography at sixteen using Yul Brynner's camera in Africa.
She grew up with Margaux Hemingway, Kenzo and Alex North.
As a photographer, Djamilla was blessed to meet Cartier Bresson, Richard Avedon, Gordon Parks, three legends of photography.
